I found what the issue was in my case. I fixed it by following these steps.
Customize -> Header Builder -> On the bottom section where you can add the navigation icon, check the left side vertical section which either has the menu type. In that section click the setting icon on the top left -> In the Header Type click either Full-Screen or Drop down
