Thanks for the response.
I have checked the requirements listed on the page. We have the correct versions of everything listed.
I noticed we did not have X-Frame Same Origin set up in web.config (We are using IIS). However, I added it per the instructions for IIS on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options, but it didn’t make a difference (I restarted the site to be sure).
I am not sure how to check to see if we have the PHP ZLib extension.
I created a video to demonstrate the problem. You can view the video here: https://transparency.fortbendcountytx.gov/2021-09-09_17-39-20.mp4.
Here’s what the video show: I start out with the default setup of Elementor Pro and the Airi theme both being active. The editing page becomes unresponsive the moment I start editing the accordion content. When I disable Elementor Pro (switching back to Free). The accordion widget behaves normal. When I reactivate Elementor Pro and then switch to another theme, the accordion widget behaves normal. When I activate both Elementor Pro and the Airi theme, the problem returns.
Let me know what you think.
