We will make the change in the next release.

Make sure that the file you are offering as download is not blocked by the mobile device. Some mobile devices won’t allow the user to download certain file types. Try different browsers and see if it works.

Also, disable the PHP Dispatching option (if you have it enabled). PHP dispatching may not work on some mobile devices.
