Ah, Ok. Nope I do not use such codes. I tried to play around with the options and the result of:

[link-library] [link-library-cats settings=27] [link-library-search] [link-library settings=1] [link-library-addlink settings=1]

I also tried to define a new category and assigned some links to the new category. Also, I added new links, they do not show up either … I am really puzzled …

I do not fully understand your answer/advice. What is a shortcode? Is it the slug of the category? I tried to define new categories and assign to links I have those new categories … this did not work as well …

iOS works.

macOS version 10.13.5, with Safari version 11.1.1 does not work. Both versions are the latest available.

There was a new Jetpack update, which I installed 2 min ago. Still on iOS it does work but not on Safari … btw Firefox on MacOS works too.

Thanks camu! For me this works now. Since in your comment you’ve mentioned it happened only to a few users: Only when I was not logged in to my site the error happened. Also I’m running iThemes security. Maybe this helps …
