Hi,
I just made it work: I set the time start 20:45 and finish at 20:45. The time interval is set 15 minutes.
Everything fine!

as my colleague wrote in the first mail, yes, we set a time for the “Scheduling Options – Exceptions”: The time is 20:45 to 23:00h. And although this time is set, when you try to do the reservation, the little window that pops up stays empty. There is no time you could choose.
And regarding the “Scheduling Options – Programming”, the normal planning: The day is always Friday and the time as well is always from 20:45 till 23:00h (scheduling rule). When you click to reserve, the little window opens, but instead of 20:45 the time that appears is 22:00. The time interval is set 180 minutes.
When I try what you recommend “create one scheduling rule that has an open and close time of 20:45” the little popup window stays empty again.

Hi,
we have a little popup restaurant with just one service from 20:45 till 23:00. So it makes no sense for us to have several interval options, the only slot is this one, it takes 2:15 hours. So we don’t need any interval option, we set 180 minutes just to not confuse our clients.
The exception days are still not working correctly, the time field just stays empty. Now, apart from this problem, there is a new problem: The reservation time in the standard dates (every Friday) isn’t shown correctly, it should be 20:45, of course. But the only start time in the reservation field is 22:00. Any idea why?!
