The widget from this shortcode [jgm-all-reviews] is called all reviews widget, it is used for displaying all the product + shop reviews that you have collected so far. When you submit a review by this widget, it will be assigned as a general shop review – this kind of review doesn’t belong to a specific product.

While this shortcode [jgm-preview-badge] is to render the star ratings and the number of reviews of a product. Therefore, that is why the star ratings does not update when you left reviews from the all review widget.

In case you want to add a review for a product, you should try this [jgm-review-widget] instead. It will generate the review for the product on the page. [jgm-review-widget] and [jgm-preview-badge] will show the same number of reviews.

To grant access to “shop manager role” users:
1/ Please login as an Admin of the store
2/ Go to Plugins > Plugin file editor > select plugin to edit “Judge.me Product Reviews for WooCommerce” and click select
3/ From the right panel, please try to locate includes/class-jdgm-config.php
4/ At the line 24th, please change it from
'manage_options',
to
'manage_woocommerce',
5/ It is done, the shop manager account should able to access our plugin.

Unfortunately, we don’t support meta keys like woocommerce’s review system.

In case you want to get the number of review rating and the number of reviews count from the whole store, you can call the public function judgeme_all_reviews_count() and judgeme_all_reviews_rating().

I also notice that data-cfasync is false (data-cfasync=’false’), doesn’t it make more sense to set it to true and let Judge.me load asynchronously?

The purpose of data-cfasync=’false’ is to help our script being excluded and securely loading from other optimizing plugins (they can interfere our script). Additionally, we strike to make our script to load lastly after the page’s contents is completely rendered.
