    Gotcha! And does this happen with all products above $999, or only specific products? If the latter, are there any similarities with these products (other than the price being above $999)?

    Reply: It only occurs with products above $999, no real similarities other than pricing.

    Hmm, can you please share a screenshot of what you currently see when navigating to WooCommerce → Status. Are you seeing something different to the screenshot below?

    Reply: Using another browser doesn’t change the result, this is what I’m seeing, same issue for downloading logs.

    Hello Roxy,

    This is Aries,

    Attached is a link for an error log from our website, I couldn’t find the Get system report button through WooCommerce -> Status,

    Also,

    This is mainly happening on both the front end and back end of things on our website in terms of pricing, I believe this happened after we updated WooCommerce, The prices don’t revert to their actual price until we hit update on the product.

    Here is an Example below
