In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Nice pluginHey jack77,
Thanks for raising this with Ben on the Support forum. As he mentioned, I have assigned this bug to our development team to fix.
Thanks for being our customer and helping make our product better!Aristotel.
Hello Shannon,
I have just tried it myself right now, and the event auto-fills the timezone with the one set for the website, and it displays it in the same way. Changed the timezone in my website settings few times and verified that when creating a new event right after the timezone is passed to the event.
If you have any other issues passing the timezone from website to new events, please raise a ticket in the forum page and Ben, our support colleague will help you out for sure.
Hope you’ll get this working and please let me know if there’s anything else we can help with.
Thank you for being a Time.ly user!
Aristotel.Hello forrey,
Thank you for raising these issues you encountered, and we’re really sorry for that.
It happens sometimes that the google map does not show, and unfortunately the reason is theme or plugin conflict, which we’re constantly working on.
This probably also causes “Agenda view often do not expand” issue, it would be best to deactivate other plugins one by one and see which is causing this issue, do you use the “WP Super Cache” plugin? We know it’s not pleasant, but we’re doing our best to make these conflicts as easy to overcome as possible.
Please follow the steps in the guide: https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/If there’s anything else we can help with please feel free to use the support forum so we can help you in the best way!
Thank you

Please let me know if you manage to use the above steps and let me know if there’s anything else we can help with. Feel free to also use the help we provide on the support forum to questions other users have had in the past. Thanks for being a Time.ly user!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Good & BadHello MaxByer,
Thank you very much for your feedback … We continually strive to use the latest technologies to lower the requirements of the hosting needed while at the same time providing with great functionality and user experience. Even with that, it is widely acceptable that the hosting should have at least 32M on the php memory limit, and better if 64M. That number will go up with the total number of plugins you are running.
There is no way to lower those requirements without affecting significantly the value we bring to our users, and you are the most important for us.
If you find our feedback trustworthy, let us know if you think we deserve a better rating.
Thank you,
Aristotel.
