i solve this by add float:none to css , the problem comes from RTL templates

unfortunately i use local host for design and test and not yet upload to host

the version of IE is 10 and the same problem in Chrome happend

in screenshot you see the Login button position perfect but in IE and Chrome Browsers the login button position out and down of the bar

well i think i solve the problem …

just enable Generate new secret key and copy the key that give to you

now open wp-sliding-login-dashboard-panel.php

and find wp-login.php

and replace all of them with :

wp-login.php?yourkey&

just put your key between ? & .
