In the google url inspection tool , i am seeing error as below :

Page fetch : Failed:Not found (404)

Also when i enter yoast sitemap url i.e https://electronicsguide4u.com/sitemap_index.xml in sitemap section (after deleting all existing ones) again getting same error as ‘couldn’t fetch’

Further, when i put the sitemap url as ‘https://electronicsguide4u.com/sitemap.xml’ it is showing success message in console. So whats the diff between only sitemap.xml and sitemap_index.xml ??

Hey thanks a lot . If you don’t mind can you please tell me how can we tell google to select the correct version of any url . Recently i moved all my urls from http to https version . Now when i put tge https urls in search console , i see the message as duplicate , google choose the http version as the more authoriatative version and indexed it . I know this is off topic , but if you know then please help .

Thanks for the quick support . Now i manually deleted the cache folder from my cpanel account .But now in the google search results , when i click on the web page , it is now taking me to some blank page where itis showing some advertisement . The AMP page is not visible as earlier .

Please resolve this too . Thanks in advance .

I also got the same error yesterday in my Google webmaster tool , can you please help me out .
In AMP section total 8 pages affected . But when i check in the AMP validator ,only two showed errors out of total 8 . Don’t know why in GSC it is showing 8 error pages .

Note : After disabling the W3 total cache plugin in my WordPress dashboard i am experiencing this issue . After disabling too , i can see the cached pages still present in my Google analytics page.

Please help me out in this .Also i have the latest AMP plugin version installed i.e. 1.5.3
