What I actually want is a simple 3 column tiles that display my images in a tidy way. I don’t really mind not having gallery or slide show. I tried deactivate carousel and the problem is still there.

Oh I just notices it’s not facebook page ID that is needed.
I changed that back to default and add facebook url and it all works now.

I’m sure there’s a better way than this but this is what I did for the moment.

Go to the directory you store your plugins.
Mine is /home/user/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/simple-subscribe/templates/

Edit file widget.latte
Remove the text “By signing up, blah blah…”
