This is a feature I would appreciate as well. My theme in use makes for some quirks with lifterlms, but css usually fixes it up. In order to allow the student to print the certificate alone, and not the entire page with nav and header and footer, I had to css it all out. Pretty messy. Being able to email the certificate would be a fantastic feature, but even just a pdf of the certificate alone would be fantastic. I hope this gets some attention.
