Thanks for the feedback! Sorry you’re having issues with our game. Latency issues are often hard to pinpoint, but a good way to check if it’s PlayThru or something else that’s being slow is to play the game on our homepage and see how that responds.

As for the validation error you’re seeing, that’s caused by a double-submission. If you try to score the same game more than once, you will receive an error. This is done on purpose as a security measure.

We are constantly expanding our selection of games, so we’re considering letting our users select which games they’d like to have on their site (no more confusing beauty products for you!). Sign up for our newsletter if you’d like to be informed of new features like these.

The PlayThru will not display in Contact Form 7 unless you copy the tag provided by our plugin and paste it into the Contact Form 7.

Also, we have recently consolidated our two plugins into one. That’s why it seems that you can’t activate it – because one of them is now unnecessary.
