struggles when you have more than 100 products or combinations is a common issue
my complaint related to the way the menu worked

the pages opens with the choices closed, once you click on one it opens, click the next and it closes the previous and so on but if you click on the open menu a second time it closes and opens in a bounce for want of a better explanation we just wanted to correct that so it stayed closed but were told its going to cost a lot and they are not doing any work until October (4 months away at the time of asking)
and when integrated into a page it causes the page to resize twice if you have a dynamic site it is even worse on mobiles
