Fallback works partially by using JavaScript, in case you have any issues in JavaScript that can prevent execution of the code then the fallback will maybe not work. We can sort this out.

Yeah we have that in mind, however it’s not so easy due to a lot of missing hooks – but we are trying to avoid the WP compress function. ??
