Please note that for any new elements created, you have to copy the shortcode corresponding to the new element to the form content.

So have you copied the shortcode of the upload element form right side to the form content displayed on left side?

You can change it by editing the captcha element from admin area.

In the edit page of the form go to ‘Edit Element’

Choose the captcha element from dropdown list

Then choose ‘Style Class Name (optional)’

Save it

Thats all

Please check whether you added the captcha element shortcode to the form content.

Any new elements created by you have to be added to the form by copying the element shortcode to the form content

We just checked your page and couldnt see captcha enabled in the page. So we couldnt check anything further.

A few things you can do :
> If you are using version 1.0 please update to version 1.1
> If you are using recaptcha then ensure that both public key and private key are configured under settings
> If you are using simple image verification, please ensure server has gd library enabled with ttf support

If none of the above things have fixed your issue, please contact our support desk with login access

Please edit your contact form
Then choose ‘Edit Element’ option on right side
Choose the submit button from drop down
And then change the value of ‘Display Name’
Click the update button and you are done ??
