Very troubling with all email notifications why no of my users getting project notification, discussion notification, new task notifications

Anyone there to reply? Please understand my concern, why not getting notification for creating new task or project.

Also why not getting any notification for discussion? anything added to discussion or creating new task it should be notified though email. but there is no mail for new alert to any user like new project created, new task created, new discussion added.

How people know that anything new added to discussion or task added.

What is my CR Management not active? I only want to use HR and Project task manager than how i will get all notification to my emails and my others employee get all task and projects notification and discussion notification on emails. CR Management is necessary to active for use?
