In reply to: [MaxGalleria] No picturesI logged into your site (thanks for letting me in) and found the issue – you just needed to select the template ??
Once that was done, it worked as expected. Speaking of which, we are changing that behavior so that the Image Tiles template is selected by default when creating a new gallery, which will eliminate this confusion.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] No picturesHmmm, I don’t think we’ve ever seen that. Would you mind if I logged in to your WP admin to take a look? Send credentials to dave AT maxfoundry DOT com.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] No picturesDid the images actually get added to the gallery? And can you verify that they also show up in the media library?

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Everything is paying – except basicNextGEN might have albums and widgets for free, but that doesn’t mean they are any good. Simply put, we believe we built a vastly better product. Sorry you feel this way, but we do appreciate the feedback.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria Lite: WordPress Gallery Plugin] links not workingIt’s possible you might just need to simply re-save your permalink settings. Give that a shot.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria Lite: WordPress Gallery Plugin] Default settings?There is no news to share at this time, and we’re not making any promises about separate folders. We’re taking it into consideration, but that doesn’t mean it will actually happen.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria Lite: WordPress Gallery Plugin] Default settings?Try simply re-saving your permalink settings, that might fix it.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria Lite: WordPress Gallery Plugin] Default settings?We have not finished the “Settings” page yet, but it is in the works. The update today was to get the Grid view in place and take care of a couple other fixes.
As for the target location for the NextGEN Importer, that’s still up in the air. Much more testing is needed to ensure all works as expected and the overall experience matches the rest of the plugin.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria Lite: WordPress Gallery Plugin] Default settings?One quick note about editing titles and alt text for large numbers of images: bulk edit functionality exists in the full version that makes this process much, much easier.
Besthand is close, but has the wrong line numbers. The correct way to make this work is as follows (using version 4.3.3, which is the latest as of this writing):
1. Use a text editor to open this file -> /plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/frontend/class-frontend.php
2. Line 297 looks like this:
$script = 'ga.js';
Replace that with this:
$script = 'dc.js';
3. Line 301 looks like this:
echo "('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'https://www') + '.google-analytics.com/" . $script . "'";
Replace that with this:
echo "('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://' : 'https://') + 'stats.g.doubleclick.net/" . $script . "'";
That should do the trick.
