I think you need to check if your emails are going out because I have literally searched my emails for any replies from you guys and I don’t see anything. I sent the pre-sales question through your website. I wanted to find out a few different things not just only about the packages. When I installed the plugin I was so happy that I highly considered buying it. My biggest thing about buying a plugin is that “do they offer website support.” So before I buy I try it out and look through their support forms as well here on WordPress and their websites. My entire woocommerce pages crashed with the plugin, I contacted all my plugin providers to try to find out why these pages crashed. I sent to woo the details that they requested. Woo suggested I change my theme, did that but the site still broke. they said I should uninstall all plugins and do it one by one. I did that one by one and as soon as I put in your plugin it crashed again. I really want to use a plugin like this but how can I confirm I could be happy with it if I get no reply with a simple few pre-sales questions? I am now deleting the entire site to start again to try it again. I will be happy to rewrite my review if it doesn’t crash again this time.

My presales questions were: In my first email

Can I buy for just one site because I don’t need a second one for any other site?

My presales questions: In my second email

Is it possible to be able to give a specific amount of product uploads per packages the users buy? For example, if a user buys the package for only having 10 products, can they buy added products?
Is it possible that I can limit the number of coupons each user can use per package?

My third email: at this point, I just needed to try to get a hold of you to tell you the plugin was crashing my side

I installed the plugin and after installation of your plugin my woocommerce pages are looking strange and don’t work. I have contacted woo and they said it could possibly be a theme or other plugin problem. I changed the theme as per their request but it doesn’t seem to be fixed or work.

Yes, I use other plugins like Elementor on the site, they said it could either be a woo problem or the marketplace problem.

I really like your plugin and what you have to offer but I have found it frustrating to get even a pre-sales question answered. Thanks for getting back to me as I said I will change my review and reinstall if we can please get to the bottom of what is going on. It is highly frustrating for each plugin provider to tell me it’s someone or something else. I just know given the instructions to try to get this fixed has been more than a nightmare. Our company was supposed to launch on Monday with everything, our vendors are waiting for us and I need to know that if I am going to purchase that I at least can get presales questions answered.

    Hi there,

Please check the “my account tab”to see the problem. Not sure how to show a screenshot from my side.

    Thanks for the information.

I did test signup and login from another email address. After activating and trying to log in I got this error message:
    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.
    Apache/2.4.37 (Debian) Server at portal.arcticcaprica.com Port 80
    How do I fix this?
