Hi @randrear
I tested the Advanced gallery at my end. It is displaying as expected on desktop and mobile. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/8LueAy7v
If you are using a caching plugin, clear your site’s cache. Sometimes, cached versions of your pages can cause display issues.
Can you share the website URL or the gallery settings with us?
I highly recommend following the steps outlined in this article, https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website to eliminate any common causes of WordPress issues.
Please let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [Kadence] Alignment Shifts in Container/Row Layout on MobileHi @friedbaconmarkus
I reviewed your website and noticed that the Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg plugin is in use. The row layout is set to align none, which affects the width. If you change the row layout alignment to alignfull it should resolve the issue. Check the screencast here:https://share.zight.com/8LueejYyI hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Kadence] Video BackgroundHi @mohobook
I’d be happy to help you with the background video.
The “Title Above Content Background” area in the customizer does not support video backgrounds. This area is typically designed for static images.?
If you are using the Kadence Theme Pro, you can create a row layout with a video background and connect the element to your posts/pages. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/d5ujOmRn
Check the documentation here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/adding-video-backgrounds-to-row-layout/I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

Kadence provides the built-in function to display descriptions under titles for Archive pages, you can follow these steps:- Add category description in the backend.
- Goto Customizer> Posts/Pages Layout > Archive Layout.
- Scroll down to the Title elements

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Kadence conflicts with Elementor ProHi @puregraphx
I tried to replicate the issue on my website with Kadence, Twenty-Twenty four and Storefront themes. The Email Customizer is working as expected. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/GGuep8QxYou most probably have a script/plugin conflict. The error indicates that “jQuery is not defined” is a common effect of a conflict.
If you temporarily switch to another theme like WordPress Twenty Twenty-four, will the same issue happen?
Are you using any cache plugins? If so, can you try to clear all your caches or deactivate them for a while?
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [Kadence] Reduce Post Comment Box SizeHi Manojh,
Thanks for the additional information.The Post comment form button inherits the default style of buttons from customizer > colors & fonts > buttons. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/2NuoqWRQ
If you make changes in the customizer, it will affect all the buttons on the website.To make change comment form button only, add the following custom CSS:
.comments-area input[type="submit"]{
padding: 14px 33px 9px 21px;
}You can adjust the values according to your specific requirements.
I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

ArchitaHi @mbrailer
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.The?row-gap: 2.5rem;?comes from the Kadence blocks plugin by default. There’s no option within the block settings to adjust the row gap between posts.
What we can do is apply some CSS to override the spacing. You can add Custom CSS in your Customizer > Additional CSS:
.widget-area .wp-block-kadence-posts{
? ? row-gap:0rem
}If you are using Kadence Blocks Pro, you can use Post/grid carousel block. It has the option to adjust the column and row gap.
I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

In reply to: [Kadence] Reduce Post Comment Box SizeHi @humblehuman24
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.?
To reduce the size of the post comment box, you can use custom CSS. Here’s an example of how you can adjust the width and height of the comment box:- Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in your WordPress dashboard.
- Add the following CSS:
textarea#comment {
width: 80%; /* Adjust width percentage as needed /height: 150px; / Adjust height as needed */
}This will reduce the size of the comment box. You can adjust the values to fit your site’s design.
