@rachix090 its not letting me do anything. Let me try explain it in more detail. If i go into the actual site everything is working properly. As soon as I type in my domain name /wp-admin the login in prompting. When I enter my credentials nothing happens the page takes forever to load. I then go to the site again without /wp-admin and it allows me to see the site in wordpress. If I try to click anything nothing happens the page goes blank and it never loads.

hey @rachix090 I didnt install a new plugin. The site was actually completed and someone wanted to come back and make changes. Now I did add an editor to the site the person who owns the actually site and I feel like they made changes but I cannot tell what, But the person knows nothing about word press so this might be bad.

Its not allowing me to access the dashboard at all. The screen goes blank and does not load.

I get the options on the homepage of site but once I try to click any other page or to make changes the pages never load.

Therefore I cannot view the error report or plugins neither can I update wordpress.
