In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Labels take forever to completeHello, I’m relatively low volume so this is only the second order i have shipped using this plugin since installing it. A lot of my sales are through Ebay, and i use Ebay to generate those labels.
Logging is disabled from installation, so there was nothing there, however i did turn it on, and upon creating another label, there was still nothing there of value.
I’ve uninstalled the plugin since as the original way to create labels in woocommerce works fine for my application.
I believe, it may be a cache error, as i saw someone say they cleared their website cache and the label became available immediately after. I cleared my website cache in the Litespeed plugin, and the label became available.
I don’t have time to diagnose this at this time, so i chose to uninstall for now.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] High I/O Usage, zero Memory UsageYea, its tough, kind of going in circles with them.
First the recommended the wp-cron as cron task, and that made sense to me. If every time someone loads my webpage, it runs a list of tasks, that could be pretty I/O intensive.
Set that up to run twice an hour.
Still got faults twice an hour when it ran.
Its just so bizarre to me how I’m having such an issue.
This is a new NameHero cloud hosting account. Maybe that’s the problem?
I search forever trying to find a good hosting company, but every “recommendation” is just a sponsorship jerk job. NameHero seemed decently legit.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] High I/O Usage, zero Memory UsageWith Litespeed Caching disabled its basically the same. Did a test today by disabling Litespeed caching and also Jetpack.
I guess the reasoning im looking to ram, is more for the benefit burning up less Disk I/O, then speed.
I acutally just paid to increase my limits, so ill have to wait for my throttling to expire, and then see how it goes.
I feel like i would agree with you that it should only be loading Kb/s worth of data, but for some reason it seems to be loading a ton of data.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] High I/O Usage, zero Memory UsageFollow up to my last reply,
As an example, this was yesterdays usage. It seems i have plenty of RAM and CPU, but I/O just gets absolutely hammered.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] High I/O Usage, zero Memory UsageWhats the point of cache, if the cached files are stored on the disk?
Image optimization is the one thing im not using, because i dont want to have my pictures messed with, and i dont have alot of images anyway.
Ill admit im pretty green when it comes to web admin stuff, but i would think the whole point of caching, would be to have it in memory for quick read access.
This is my CPanel resource monitor after simply logging into my website, and clicking on the “orders” page of my woocommerce store. It spikes and logs an I/O Fault.
MY website frontend, when viewed as a customer seems quick responsive, which is great, but my Admin page is REALLY slow, and if i do the slightest thing, i log I/O Faults.
Is 8Mb/s a really small I/O limit? Or is something pulling a bunch of data somewhere and i need to track it down?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Export/importHello, I’m having similar trouble.
The plugin I’m using to export and import the orders is “Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce” by WebToffee
The exported csv of orders, contain both the order “ID” and the order “NUMBER”.
Order “ID” is the post ID woocommerce assigns, and the order “Number” is the number assigned by your custom order number plugin.
When imported, it shows on the screen, that order ID, and, order number are being imported, but only the order ID is shown in woocommerce.
If i import the orders without the order ID, it will use the plugin to assign a new order number, and the existing order number is seemingly discarded or overwritten. No problem. Understood. Just wanted to make sure my configuration was correct to avoid any other possible issues.
thanks!
Can you confirm that the field “Store uploads in this folder” should be populated as “/home/customer/www/subdomain.domain.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/”?
And the “Full URL path to files” field should be populated as “https://sub.domain.com/wp-content/uploads”?
Set up this way, my images upload to the correct folder, and display properly in my website. Is this all correct? So to get this plug-in to work properly, AND serve images from subdomain, how exactly does media need to be configured?
Since my website is small, I’m considering delete info all of my images/media and re-uploading to ensure they’re all on the correct path.
also is there a reason why I’ve deleted the images in this post from my hosting yet they are still being served at their web address?
When i use only the subdomain without the wp-content part, all of my images disappear in the filebird app under media. It shows the places for them, but the images don’t show up.
Doesn’t seem i can edit my post, but i linked those images from my website, so i deleted them, but they still show up. I checked the file manager in siteground and the images are deleted, But i can still point my browser to their address. In reply to: [OceanWP] OceanWP website pushed everything over to the side@abhishek @avertshoecare I found the solution to the problem. Jetpacks newest release is causing the problems with image carousel.
Here is a link that goes into detail. I installed the beta and use the prerelease which fixed it.

In reply to: [OceanWP] OceanWP website pushed everything over to the side@abhishek So, i need jetpack for woocommerce functionality.
Ive used the inspect feature of google chrome, and it seems that the image carousel is being displayed at the full width (1587 Pixels) of the page, even though i have it set to only display one image at a time, AND its in a boxed coloum with only 50% width designated to its container. The image is only set to be roughly 750 pixles wide.
If i go into elementor and enter the image carousel, if i select stretch image to “Yes” it stretches the image across the whole page, instead of to the size of the container.

In reply to: [OceanWP] OceanWP website pushed everything over to the side@abhishek Upon reactivation of Jetpack the problem is still there. At least ive found the problem.
Should i just not run jetpack?
Thanks

In reply to: [OceanWP] OceanWP website pushed everything over to the side@abhishek So interesting, I deactivated Jetpack and it seems to have fixed it. I also reactivated Jetpack and it still seems to work.
Maybe it was some sort of caching problem?

In reply to: [OceanWP] OceanWP website pushed everything over to the side@abhishek Ive cloned my website to a localhost on WAMP64. The website displays properly on the localhost. So im not sure what to do.
Disabling plugins doesnt seem to help. I have very few, Most of which are for Woocommerce.
Heres the elementor report:
