Thanks for the reply. In the WordPress User panel we have 7 admins set as Academy Instructor, but only 2 of them show up in ALMS Instructor panel. So I am not able to assign courses to them.

This issue is not resolved, do I need to open a new ticket?

Thanks but that seems to be part of the problem. They are already listed as an instructor on the WP User menu. In fact, all of the admins are listed as instructors but only Toby and I are showing up on the instructor list in ALMS.

I did find how to turn it off. I could also use

#sidebar
{
display:none;
}

to disable it.
