Major update issue on wpengine hosting platform. Ensure it’s not related…

Experiencing the same thing. I was told by my host WPEngine that this is a major Woocommerce issue form their last update… They are looking into it…

We are having this same issue right now. Can we please get an update. We just noticed it today, and have tried everything.

Actually it wouldn’t really allow any server resources when media is offloaded to an S3 bucket, cdn, ect… like many sites are actually doing now.

The fear of using server resources should not be applied the same here as it was 10 years ago…

In fact, most hosting companies have already taken this into considerations by limiting max file size uploads ect. This combined with S3 bucket, cdns ect pretty much destroy the claim of using to many resources….

For some reason since the update, now when I go to member directory all profile pics are smaller then before and dont fill up the full circle space.

Another issue is the new woocommerce integration is not working, it shuts my whole buddypress down.

Quick update for a fix if anyone has same issue. Cost of $1500 developer fees to basically clean up database from ewww. ?? Yup not happy. Thats the price you pay for trying to optimize over 20,000 photos…

So your saying that you do not have a way to remove 70,000 records of metadata bloat form my sites database that your plugin apparently “left behind”?… even though upon removal of the plugin it was confirmed to “remove” all files? And you knew this files would not be removable unless manually removed?

Database bloat is what this plugin is supposed to eliminate, not add to!

There are probably 1000’s of websites out there that have this issue and don’t even know it.

So what kind of support do you provide for an issue of this magnitude where it is clearly a programming issue?

Yes, that was already done years ago. The ewww references are in the postmeta table.

Howdy. I like this plugin but it is not duplicating 1 specific element.

I use Woocommerce Memberships plugin but Duplicate Post does not reference this element anywhere ??

Another issue with Woocommerce Subscriptions not processing correctly. New member attempts to join and gets error: “Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again or go to your account page.”

This issue has been ongoing for the past 2 weeks. This is day # 7 my ticket status says WAITING ON NINJA. This means that basically 1 day of no new subscription sales at $300 a week means a total loss of $3600 a year.
