In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Mulitple 500 server error messagesJust to confirm we are still seeing the plugin pick up multiple pages/links which it’s identifying as 500 server errors though I can’t see anything wrong with the pages themselves.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Mulitple 500 server error messagesJust confirm it’s reporting lots of broken links again with a 500 error, same as before?

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Mulitple 500 server error messagesHi Adam
Thanks for the response – yeah these are all internal links. The link structure hasn’t changed in any way since launch, though a number of plugin updates were run last week so I wonder if this has somehow affected things.
Just kicked off the nuclear option now so will see how it goes.
Apologies, didn’t realise and I’ll do that now.
Understood, that makes more sense given that I couldn’t find that field anywhere!
Products have a range of shipping classes, currently, mostly the Pallet Shipping at either £70, £90 or £120. A few products are free shipping.
If anyone orders items which total over £1000 then they automatically get free shipping. Hope that helps
Sorry I meant site access
This is for a few select items which will always be free shipping so we pick that from the shipping class drop down for those products.
Would it help if we just purchased the paid version of your plugin and gave you sure access that way?
No problem I understand
What do you suggest is a better approach for the free shipping option of using a flat rate might cause issues?
Yep, we are on the latest version of the plugin and have set the UK as the country for our feed.
Would it help if I gave you admin access to take a closer look? Did my shipping rates setup look okay to you from those screenshots?
Thanks for getting back to me – that’s odd since the site has a free shipping for orders OVER £1000 shipping class so that result might be the opposite of what you’d expect.
Here’s a video showing the various settings:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/rcp3juy2bfyr16j/Pinnacle-Shipping-Rates.mp4?dl=0Nope, we’ve not added any other shipping plugins in, just using the basic WooCommerce ones (flat rate and free)
Sorry I should have added that for the products where the shipping rate is empty it’s for products with options – we do have a shipping rate set for the product but each option is showing as a separate product and each one also has no shipping option applied?
Okay, actually I can see a difference now, however I’m still not sure things are as they should be.
So the shipping tag is empty for a lot of the products in the feed and it just so happened to be the ones at the top, however when I scrolled down I saw that many products did have some data in there, however it was showing *all* rates, not just the applicable one, for example:
<g:shipping> <g:country>GB</g:country> <g:service>UK Free shipping (orders over £1000) GB</g:service> <g:price>GBP 0</g:price> </g:shipping> <g:shipping> <g:country>GB</g:country> <g:service>UK Free shipping GB</g:service> <g:price>GBP 0</g:price> </g:shipping> <g:shipping> <g:country>GB</g:country> <g:service>UK Courier (DPD) GB</g:service> <g:price>GBP 0</g:price> </g:shipping> <g:shipping> <g:country>GB</g:country> <g:service>UK Pallet shipping GB</g:service> <g:price>GBP 90</g:price> </g:shipping> <g:shipping> <g:country>GB</g:country> <g:service>UK Free Shipping GB</g:service> <g:price>GBP 0</g:price> </g:shipping>
So this is showing all Shipping Classes for the Zone but only one of them is relevant (the UK Pallet shipping GB one at £90). The others aren’t applicable to this product?
Tried that now but I’m afraid it seems to make no difference?
