there are some gravatars that are loaded with http, not https, for instance:
https://blog.caloryfrio.com/6-buenas-razones-por-las-que-elegir-una-caldera-de-condensacion/
take a look to the gravatar of the oldest comment.

we have increased server resources but we get the message “508 Resource limit is reached”.
We have checked that MScan uses 8 GB of RAM, which I consider excessive.

I’ve changed MScan settings and unchecked all folders except for wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes as you suggested but I’m still getting the message:
“508 Resource Limit is reached
Resource Limit Is Reached
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.”

After 25 minutes, the browser shows the message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator  to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The hosting is shared. It sounds like the hosting is limited to perform this task, doesn’t it?

I don’t agree with that; the function storefront_posted_on is a legitimate function, but now is obsolete: https://github.com/woocommerce/storefront/pull/1652/commits/25db030a5fe0825728bdf8408c5a1f6174ed4195
If I delete that function from the code, everything works!
