In reply to: [PressForward] Content Not Showing in All Content SectionHey pwcps116,
If that is the case, it sounds like perhaps NetNewsWire resolved the URLs in a way that PressForward wasn’t able to. It would be very helpful if you could give us a list (or at least a few) of the feeds that were giving you a problem, that way I can test them myself and see if I can find the issue.

Hi Alan,
Our system will allow you to follow multiple RSS feeds and categorize them, seeing all their content and choosing to publish snippets or whole articles. There’s more detailed information in our guide at https://github.com/PressForward/pressforward/wiki
I haven’t used Multi Importer, so I’m not sure how it would work comparatively in terms of the workflow. However, it sounds like PressForward may indeed work as an alternative.
If Multi Importer allows you to export an OPML file of your followed feeds, that can easily be imported into PressForward.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [PressForward] comments not workingHey Jim,
We use code that is similar to a number of other plugins and either they or our code may be causing a conflict. Can you give us a list of the other plugins you are running so we can test for conflicts?

In reply to: [PressForward] Foo module included with distributionHey Su,
That module should be switched off by default, but is made available so that future developers have an example module to consider while making their own.
However, if you have been running the plugin from an earlier version, it may have been switched on then.
Did you do a new install and have that module appear?

In reply to: [PressForward] Nominate Not WorkingHi Mayapur Voice!
If you are getting that error, the file that is being hit to generate Nominate This (and Press This) isn’t assigned the right permissions.
Can you alter the permissions on your files? If so, try turning the specific files at issue to 755.

In reply to: [PressForward] Nomination count and submitted by features not workingAlso, the list of nominators should now be in place, you should see them under the Info button, in the resulting callout box. Is this not the case?

In reply to: [PressForward] Google Alert Feed Returning 404 ErrorsI too confirm this error. It looks like the way that Google formats the URLs is somehow breaking our ability to parse it.
