I did as you asked and was able to submit the form. please advise on what changes are needed to have your plugin work with LiteSpeed. Thanks

The settings enabled when you submitted your form – “AJAX for sending, validation on submit, and inline validation enabled”
I have attempted again this morning with the above settings and still getting the empty pink error bar when submitting. I have tried it in Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Safari from pc and mobile all with the same return.
However, if I switch the settings to “page reload, server-side validation, and disable inline validation” I was able to submit via Firefox, chrome, safari (mobile), edge. I was also able to submit the form with the following settings “page reload for sending, validation on submit, and inline validation enabled”
Ajax-enabled seems to be involved with the issue.
I have returned the settings to “AJAX for sending, validation on submit, and inline validation enabled” for your benefit.

update: Safari and Firefox are no longer working after switching the settings back to AJAX for sending, validation on submit, and inline validation enabled
