Update: social bg color is bugged for sure, it changes from admin panel but it never work when social colors set to yes.

The video was nice touch confirmed the color part which was a bit confusing since it was set already yet not working because of some kind of glitch in the theme.

Normally many themes need some CSS to work properly with RTL direction.

The background color was set already but I had to switch it twice to work again as it was glitched.

I got the same problem in a website and the problem was from user profile disabled visual editor.

Try this https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-remove-visual-editor-mode-in-wordpress/

May be you have an issue or may be the visual editor just disabled from user profile options.
