May I suggest clearing your browser cache. It sure sounds like the issue you are facing. Because I’m always doing web development on my sites and others, I have installed browser plugins on every browser I use that has a one click option to clear the browser cache. You will find that this is maybe what you need to do, and your problem will be solved because literally there is no other plugin like this of its kind that works as flawlessly as this one.
When I encounter issues with a plugin, I generally talk to the devs and get help troubleshooting it before posting a negative review. Just some food for thought.
