The email you received was sent from our server because issues were detected while delivering your email through your configured email service provider.
The error message seems to be due to missing “To email”, as you have pointed out that this happens with the emails send through a particular plugin, could you please share the name of the plugin? Perhaps sharing the Diagnostic test report will allow us to reproduce a similar environment as yours’s and assist you effectively.

The email you received was sent from our server because issues were detected while delivering your email through your configured email service provider. Since our automated system was unable to retrieve detailed error information from the service provider, the fields in the notification appeared empty.
Given that this occurs occasionally, we suspect that the issue may be related to sending limits being exhausted. We recommend checking your email provider’s logs to identify any specific errors. Alternatively, you may reach out to your email service provider’s support team, as they have the necessary resources and expertise to investigate further.

While you might consider custom headers to force a plain text part, simply adding headers isn’t enough. Email clients and spam filters expect a properly structured multipart message, and the correct way to achieve this is through PHPMailer. This method ensures that the email is constructed as a multipart/alternative message with both content types included. You can switch to PHP Mailer type by navigating to Post SMTP Settings> Connections> Mailer type.
