Andrew – I am with Appnet and we have posted (via the support forum) several times and it’s been six days and none of your team is responding to our needs. The forum subject is “Memberships being cancelled”. Please see latest and respond. We have several clients that we’d like to use this for, but this unresolved issue is being ignored by support and we’d prefer not to burn this bridge and leave a nasty review.

Your help would be appreciated.

Just as an FYI to the many posts on here about the SPINNING WHEEL issue. We fixed ours simply by DISABLING the Akismet plugin. We had it to help cut down on SPAMMING of our forms and the newest upgrade was what was causing our Contact 7 form problems.

As soon as we deactivated it, Contact Form 7 works perfectly.

Hope this helps others.

This is an issue for us as well.

I tried creating some new contact forms, new pages, and no matter what it doesn’t work…just get spinning wheels.

We did not add ANY plugins or allow any to update so I don’t think this is a conflict.

Is there ANOTHER workaround or fix. This seems to be all over the internet and yet NO solutions. I would think that if there IS a conflict that the makers of Contact Form 7 would prescribe something to fix it.

Migueleste – how did you revert to the older version?

It is May 1st and Google Webmaster Tools STILL shows errors using the new format. I too don’t like it and most importantly Google reflects that they see errors with it and that my sitemap submission is still PENDING…after weeks.

PLEASE provide a way to delete this format and allow us to download version 4.0.0 or 4.0.1

See appnet.com/sitemap.xml and it LOOKS fine…although I still don’t like the format. However on google webmaster tools it shows multiple warnings.

Also the OLD versions allowed us to MANUALLY resend the sitemap to Google.
