I’ve had the same problem. I tried to upload a pdf file and got a rejection message–however–when a friend tried from his machine it worked. I wonder if it might be because I am running Vista and he is not… We both logged in with my password and he got a different upload screen than I did–one that allowed him to do the job. Have you been able to solve the problem since posting? Any new insights?

Sorry to be such a beginner, but I can’t figure out how to link to the main page. I can’t find the links WP has generated… or when I think I have found them they are talking about blogrolls…

Sounds like once I’ve linked successfully the info will appear in the sidebar automatically. I’m downloaded through the host already (go daddy) so maybe when I’m ready to upload to the web I’ll call their customer support number.
