Thanks for your reply a few months ago. I was thinking about this topic, so that’s why I’m commenting right now.
We are still considering this change. I can’t give you an exact timeline as we are finishing up some other promised features. We want to stick to our promises and make sure we deliver what we need to before prioritizing other efforts. I hope you understand. Your feature request is taken very seriously and the team and I will discuss it.
Do you already know more about this feature request / change? Are you still considering this change?
Is it possible that the checkout page loadtime will decrease after implementing this change?
Is it also possible to combine this change with implementing an option to choose which payment method will be pre-selected?

Today I received an email from Adam to take a survey. I replied.Right now I rated the value a 3 and this is the reason:
First problem. Speed when loading payment methods. All pages are loading under 500 ms, but when loading SureCart pages it seems that every time all payment methods are loading from another domain. I don’t know how but it feels like payment methods are inside an iframe or something else, and that frame is loading slow. It takes a few seconds to load. When the payment methods are finally visible, the visitors are gone. Here is a screenshot what all visitors see a few (3 to 10) seconds:
Second problem. After all payment methods are loaded, they will first see Credit Card as a pre-selected payment method. Here in the Netherlands the iDEAL payment method is by far the most used payment method. Most of the time 80 percent or more are choosing for iDEAL, but right now it is not possible to pre-select this payment method. It is also not possible to choose the order of payment methods. Third problem. When someone is patient enough to first wait for SureCart to load payment methods. And after that is patient enough to choose the iDEAL payment method. They will be redirected to another page to choose their preferred bank. Normally this can be done on the checkout page. But SureCart redirects the visitor to the Mollie UI. In summary, all steps mentioned are important but I don’t know when SureCart will improve those. Do you know if it will be better for me to use a competitor in the meantime? Because I already bought lifetime SureCart to support this project, but I don’t know when improvements will be made to fix those problems. I understand that it will take some time to improve SureCart. Maybe a rough estimate will help.

When creating a support ticket I never get a response. I already whitelisted your email address, but also after that I don’t get responses on my tickets.
Also I think that I’ve made a mistake in the first message. It is not only the payment methods cannot be pre-selected. But also it would be great if one can choose in which order payment methods are displayed.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to choose which payment is pre-selected.
With the Mollie plugin for WooCommerce it is possible to choose the order of all payment methods. And it’s possible to choose which payment method is pre-selected. So technically it should be possible to create something like this for SureCart.
Could you please add “adjusting order of Mollie payment methods” as a feature request? @2winfactor
Also, please make it possible to have a dropdown to select a bank when choosing iDEAL.
In the screenshot below you can see what is happening right now. Credit card will always be the first option + pre-selected. And iDEAL the second and not pre-selected.
The problem is that over 90% of customers choose iDEAL in this shop. Because of this conversion rate is going down. The best solution would be to put iDEAL as the first pre-selected option.
I hope it is possible to implement an option to adjust payment methods for Mollie. Thank you and have a great day. ??

@deepblue5 you can try SureTriggers. It’s a cheaper alternative for Zapier.
They have Fluent Support and SureCart integration.

Because there is no reply, I was wondering if you read my message. I hope you understand that I was frustrated when writing it, so it’s nothing against you personally.
Right now SureCart 2.8.1 is active. But when I search inside Loco Translate, the strings that I want to translate cannot be found.
Strings that cannot be found:
- Username or Email Address
- Welcome
- or
- Enter your password
Do you know if it will be possible to translate those strings in the future? Can you give an estimate when that will be possible?
Or do you know a good alternative or workaround?

SureCart merchants only read “Mollie is supported”, but don’t know how poorly the implementation is done. They only find out after installing SureCart.
The rest of SureCart is amazing, only this small part need more attention.
Do you already know when there will be a better Mollie implementation with UI directly on the checkout form instead of using Mollie’s interface?
Because please first fix this implementation of Mollie before adding one-click upsell for Mollie in the end of this year. @2winfactor

When testing the SureCart implementation of iDEAL via Stripe it is strange that you’re required to use the “Volledige naam” field. There is no option to delete this field according to the SureCart support team. When going to the other tab for credit card no name is required.
Because the name is already asked in the first field, I would like to see an option to remove the “Volledige naam” field that’s inside the iDEAL form. It would be great if Stripe can get the name from the first field “Je naam” that’s already inside the form.
I mention it right here, because I don’t know right now how the iDEAL implementation is done for Mollie. Maybe it’s similar to how the iDEAL implementation of Stripe is done.
It would be great if Mollie (and Stripe) can get the name from the first field. Because for the end user it is strange to ask for their name twice (red arrows in screenshot). (The first field you need for the credit card, because otherwise you have no name.)
Do you know if there is another option to get the same updates as people in the Facebook Group? I prefer to not use Facebook.
