I am having the same issue. I am using the latest version, 1.9.6. If a .txt file is attached, it will upload and the .txt file will appear with the job entry. If i choose another tyye of file, .docx, .pdf, or .csv file, it is not attached, but a number is added to the details where the title and file is suppose to be.
