Okay, thanks… that worked…. now how do I make it so the image doesn’t get boxed and formatted like the rest of the menu items? (you can see what I mean by looking at the site right now).
Do I make a div in the CSS and put the div around the image/link in index.php? What should the div say?

I can’t access that image link you just sent, but the background image is still up – the new linked menu image doesn’t show (it would show beneath it)

Umm, so that markup didn’t work. It just gave me a thin white line and the image didn’t show up….

Okay, I’ll specify. By default, the description for a link shows up as an onmouseover AND as text next to the link – I don’t want it to do the latter.

Looks good… I like the choice of the static background — kind of a float effect — and doesn’t interfere with the content as many do.

Very very nice. I had to move to Firefox to see it, but nice.

Also, is there a way to keep the menu with the footer so it doesn’t ever look like that?

I’ll move the WordPress text over a bit… how do I make the title a link? My CSS editing skills go as far as exactly what the two guides told me…?
