In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Admin not accessibleHi,
Can you check your PHP error log for any errors and share them here?
Can you also tell me what error you see on the page?

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Great plugin and supportHi,
Thank you for the kind words.
Is there anything we can add or improve to earn that extra star?

AshleyHi,
Just an update this feature is now in testing.

AshleyHi,
That does not happen for me on my sites and I’ve not had any other reports about this.
Would you be able to send the PHP Error logs so I can see what the exact error is? (You may need to ask your host for these).
Could you try with the PHP backtrace off and then again with notify by email off? (Just trying to narrow down the problem your having, without seeing the logs).

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] 404 event logHi,
I’m glad thats resolved for you now.
Yes you can remove that file now, the message_Store table should no longer get that large again either using the latest AIOS.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] 404 event logHi,
The last file did not include the “$wpdb->prefix” because the prefix is already part of the string ‘jdkwd_aiowps_message_store’
But from your screenshot all them lines of code have been commented out and so won’t actually run the “//” need to be removed so that it looks like this:I’m not sure why them comments have been added.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] 404 event logHave you tried the new file I sent?
That uses the exact prefix and table name from the screenshot above.
If that doesn’t work I’m not sure whats going on.
Could you confirm the mu-plugins folder is named correctly and in the correct place:
wp-content/mu-plugins/
The only thing left we can try is to use PHPMyAdmin or similar to empty the contents of the table.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] 404 event logHi Nina,
Then I think that database prefix (jdkwd_) does not match the prefix the site is running on.
Do you have more than one aiowps_message_store?
Attached is an updated file that uses that exact prefix:

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] 404 event logHi Nina,
Thats odd, ok attached is an mu-plugin:
https://gofile.io/d/yE5VCe
If you upload that to your mu-plugins folder located at:
wp-content/mu-plugins
If the mu-plugins folder doesn’t exist you can create it.
Drop the file in and then visit the backend of your site, that should clear the table for you.
Once the table has been cleared remove the mu-plugin.

AshleyHi,
Sorry about the delay.
Is the login page cached? I’ve had a look at your site and can’t find any login pages and can see the default wp-login has been renamed.
Can you confirm that the captcha appears on your login forms?
You could also try turning on login lockout to block the IPs who fail with multiple attempts.

AshleyHi,
What notification emails are you expecting that you are not getting?
Do general emails from your site work for example the password reset email?

AshleyHi,
Sorry about the delay.
Some how one of the AIOS database tables appears to have been removed.
Are you able to confirm if this is the case via PHPMyAdmin or similar?

AshleyHi,
Sorry about the delay. Can you describe what happens when your “locked” out? (do you get a 403 error or something else, any messages that appear etc)
And how do you get back in?
