Is it possible to use the “above add to cart button” instead of “after”?

Tried to change the code, but nothing happened.

The theme I’m using has a problem and need to use the text above the cart button

I was using Hello Elementor theme and now the footer its okay ??

Avada Theme with Fusion Composer, from Themeforest, also broke because of the update.

Had to put 2.3.5 version to work :\
