Superb Internet and I’m not too happy with their WordPress support so far ?? I have something called Control Panel and phpMyAdmin but neither of them have anything about changing permissions.
Thanks, I am trying to get that permission info from my hosting service. I don’t know how to add FTP info, or change file permissions. all this is over my head!

BTW, I did search this topic in forum search but they all had very confusing answers requiring editing the PHP files, etc.
