In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Event image as backgroundThere’s an event array this is built for FullCalendar to use. You’ll find a WP_query that runs to fetch posts.
You’re welcome to modify the plugin to suit your needs but remember any updates will override your changes.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Event image as backgroundHey there @nickmkrtchyan,
At this time that isn’t possible and not on our roadmap for development. You’re welcome to submit feature requests on our website!
Thanks for using Pie Calendar and we’re glad to hear you like it otherwise!

In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Repeater FieldHi @mimucmusic,
Glad the ACF snippet partially works for you! Unfortunately it’s not possible at this time to integrate an ACF repeater of dates/times into Pie Calendar.
Pie Calendar is designed to plots events on a per-post basis. Perhaps in the future we can look into this. I’ve gone ahead and added this as an internal feature request for future consideration.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks!

We managed to fix this error via private chat. The problem was that with Pie Calendar Pro installed, an event post with the “interval” field set to “0” caused the fatal error and on a different post, there was a post with “This event repeats” checked, but “interval” was blank.
I removed the 0 from the interval and un-checked the event repeats on the two posts and the website came back online, fully functional.
We will better handle these edge cases in a future release to ensure it doesn’t cause fatal errors.
Thanks for letting me dig into this on your site, @wfandrea!
Hi @wfandrea,
I just fired up a new Bricks install to check and don’t get this error message. Have you tried disabling other plugins to check for conflicts?
If you have, can you please share other troubleshooting steps you’ve tried?
Hi pushkard,
This can be done with the following CSS:
.piecal-wrapper .fc-event {
flex-direction: row;
flex-wrap: wrap;
white-space: normal;
}
Just add this to the page where your calendar exists and it’ll wrap the titles as requested.
Let me know if you have any other questions!What a perfect use case! Thanks for sharing, Taylor. We really appreciate it
What a fantastic review! We’re absolutely thrilled you’re loving it, Kyle.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Calendar in acfThat’s strange. The logic of the filter should show Pie Calendar controls only on the specific post types you define in the snippet and nowhere else.
I’d be glad to login and take a look at it. Feel free to email me at [email protected].

In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Pre-Purchase questionHey @ocbroadband,
Currently no plans for a middle tier.
Yep, the price differece is just the pro-rated amount. Info on how to upgrade your license can be found here: https://docs.piecalendar.com/article/20-upgrade-your-license
Colors in the Pro version are currently per-post, but we are definitely intending for better global colors in a future Pro release.
Happy to answer any other questions you might have!

In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Calendar in acfHey there,
Thanks for the kind words, to start off with.
This behavior is definitely not ideal, but we added a filter to the free version to allow you to show the Pie Calendar meta box only on specific post types. More info on that here: https://docs.piecalendar.com/article/25-show-pie-calendar-meta-box-only-on-specific-post-types
We’re adding a GUI option to the Pro version so you can do the same thing in Settings > Pie Calendar, but that isn’t yet available.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar] Just a thank you note.Really glad to hear that, Nick!
Originally, we bumped to PHP 8.0 as the minimum for a feature we thought required it, but later realized it did not so we were safely able to revert back to 7.4.
Let us know if we can do anything else for you!
Thanks so much for the kind words, Torben. I’m really glad to hear Pie Calendar is working out for you!
Also, we really appreciate you taking the time to help translate the plugin as well
