Thank you for your response. I did what you suggest but the [contact-form to='[email protected]'] is not created. So I added it and now there are errors on the page.

I am having the same problem with captions not displaying under thumbnails. Using WordPress 3.7.1 and NextGEN Gallery 2.0.33.

I installed the Jetpack compatibility TEST and can share the results if that is helpful.
