In reply to: [J Cart Upsell and Cross-sell for WooCommerce] Features NeededWhat you’ve said makes sense. One other thing that would be important is to have a maximum for the price field. In the settings, you allow for a minimum for the upsell to show, but it would be just as important to have a price range as well.
For example: show upsell if cart is between $80 – $120. Hide the upsell if it less than $80 and more than $120.
Can we test your demo versions?
The order isn’t $0 though. We don’t offer digital or free items. We don’t have coupon codes.
The customer puts our product in their cart, puts in CC information, hits submit order. We receive the order, but the order total displays $0.
The customer receives an email since the status is processing, but as stated, there is no record of payment.
So how can it be possible for a customer to have a product in their cart (that isn’t free), hits submit, sees the order confirmation page, and receives an email?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartI think I have this narrowed down to the “Stripe for WooCommerce” plugin. Is anyone else using that plugin? I disable it, and the problem seems to go away.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartJust to update this, I disabled the SGOptimizer plugin on all my sites, and I’m still experiencing this problem.
I feel like I’ve narrowed it down to being logged in as well. If I view the site as a guest, there’s nothing in my cart. If I log into the admin, suddenly, I have a product in my cart.
At this point, I don’t know where to go from here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartIs anyone experiencing this using Siteground? I just have to believe this is a caching issue with their SGOptimizer plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartIt’s still happening for me too, also on 2 sites. Which theme do you have? What hosting? Any page builders?

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] AJAX in Cart Not Working GreatThat’s interesting, though I don’t know why. I’m looking for any weird shipping options that I would have, though I don’t think I have any.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] AJAX in Cart Not Working GreatI believe you, and I’m not suggesting this is an issue with your plugin!
I’ve narrowed it down to an issue with using the flatsome child theme. Still trying to figure out why that would be a conflict.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] AJAX in Cart Not Working GreatWell, it wasn’t a plugin conflict, but it seems to be a theme conflict. I’m using Flatsome, which is probably one of the most popular themes there is, so I’m not sure how to move forward.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] AJAX in Cart Not Working GreatThanks for your reply. I disabled EVERYTHING except woocommerce and stripe and the behavior continued. I’m not sure where that leaves us.
Should there be a form-handler.js file that is currently missing? You said it’s missing from the checkout page, so I just wonder if there’s something I should be looking to add it?
