I just installed Simple Local Avatars and went to settings -> discussion selected the default avatar “Retro (Generated)”. After that on the users’s profile, uploded the image that you can see on the 1st edubox comment, and that is the one that i use till now. I tried to delete it and re-set etc and all these kind of stuff, but still nothing. I dont use any other plugin regarding to the avatars. The comment Section is been set with Elementor. I have no idea what gravatar is i dont think i have ever useed it. i just wanted not the coments to be without image, so i installed that plugin, and did the job untill now, sudenlly it uses the Retro to the users that also have uploaded image

Ok i see your url i got what changed about the classes, the thing is that the font changing do not work, i pasted the code you have send me but the fonts do not changed.

Also the “manage consent” button, did the default one changed?
because for example the default one used to have border radius on all 4 corners and as you see in my code i say

border-bottom-left-radius:0px;
border-bottom-right-radius:0px;

so it has radius on the top corners only. But as i see now the default one is without corners at all is that correct? i can adjust that i just have to know if we are on the same page, if the default one has 0 border-radius to all corners and 1px border, because this is what it looks for me

the css i was using was simple stuff like this, i have this same code to the child theme of other websites with older complianz version and it works fine, on this one it stoped being aplied after updated to the 6th version.

i would definately pay for it also for sure. it automates my proccess to some websites of mine. Very cool, and weird that there are not many plugin out there for this feature. Well done to the developers

No it did not work with this with this addition, not sure if i added the class correct but what i did did not work. Not sure any more if is a Complianz issue or another’s plugin issue. Because the strange thing is that when i have disabled Complianz, my code does not work, but when i have enabled the complianz, it works for the 1st time only, after refresh i have to decline all cookies and accept them again, then again it works for 1 time. So the fact that the code does not work at all with complianz disabled, not sure if is your issue any more.

Ok i rescaned for cookies AFTER i deleted them first with this big nice red button, it worked (if i rescan without deleted them it didnt worked)

No security plugin at all, also af hosting side nothing special, i am using complianz without that issue to other websites that they are hosted in the same host as the one with the issue, so i dont think it the Host’s problem. ALso using the same caching and minification plugins. Also i have accepted the API on the wizard to use Cookiedatabase.

Thanks for the update. Yes the website is not ready for release, i did it last time temporarily so you can inspect. I fixed it by editing manually the css, i guess unyson builder doesn’t work that well, because your shortcode works pretty fine on elementor. Thank you very much for the help thought.

yes as i said in my 1st message i have enabled that option. i cannot set a default wp theme! This is a premium theme that i bought so obviusly i cant. Yes i guess is something about the them thats the reason i asked you if i can apply a class for “Use document CSS by Complianz” so i force the shortcode to use your css and not the themes css. Because i have enabled that option you said

That is the page with my the problem as you can see.

No i dont want to edit the content of the lega document, i am aware of that would lose the syncronisation. But as you see on another page with elementor it works fine the css.

That is true i have this issue only on embeded ones, on the rest i get nice ranks.

My issue is that on elementor page builder, the embeded one getting the proper size of the column width and heught, but if i set the type=thumb, it gets a specific small size. I read your instructions/documentetion how to set different size for the thumbnails but that changes ALL the pdf files.

So if i need a specific PDF to resize its thumbnail i tried the #id.myclass{} to my child theme, and indeed it worked.

the thing is that if i set the width:100% it is adjusting inside the elementor column, but if i set the height:100%, it sudenly shows nothing. Is there any better way to change the size of one specific thumbnail and be responsive?
