Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Can't Upload Images after updating to 3.3Same problem, deactivated all plugins, switched to 2011 theme, and still can’t upload images via the new tool or the old “browse” tool. The server is a windows server. I’ve been told permissions are ok.

In reply to: [Twitter Widget Pro] [Plugin: Twitter Widget Pro] No Tweets Availableswitching to http via the admin settings panel fixed this for me. The correct tweets are pulled in.
However, this latest update also changed the treatment of the headline- it no longer links to the feed. Does this mean I’ll have to use the included, clunky “follow us” button? Sigh, so many buttons…
Maybe that’s why the plugin isn’t working for me too. Hmm.
I never heard anything from the developer, and I just downloaded the latest version and still have this issue. I guess I’ll find another way…
If Matty’s fix doesn’t work, you could also type your title in Title Case, then switch it to UPPPERCASE with a css style sheet.

In reply to: WordPress.com Stats Plugin Widget Display, View Count Wrong? My client decided to just take out the numbers and list all history. However, now that doesn’t line up. The stats admin area lists the top 5 articles of all time but the widget does not pull in the same list.
Why does the data not match up? I’m using -1 in the time parameter to bring in all time data.
Works excellently. Thanks again.
This could be very helpful, thanks. I was testing in a sandbox without full access to stats, and thought the error was due to that. However, now that it’s live, I’m still seeing this loading title bs.
I’m using a version of the script that filters out the home page results, and can be used in a sidebar widget. Surprised this isn’t part of the plugin package!

In reply to: [Efficient Related Posts] [Plugin: Efficient Related Posts]I like it so far also, seems pretty simple, but I do wish it had
a) related category and post title and
b) title switching so there when there’s no related posts it just says No Related Posts. You need to override the ul.related_post style with your own preferences. Use !important if necessary to get your settings to stick. No need to hack the plugin, just put it in your theme css.
This sounds almost like something I’m trying to do. I want the search from home to search all subblogs, I don’t see where this is doing that?

In reply to: Feedburner Feedsmith plugin: Safe or No?That didn’t work for me… did you actually set up a comment feed, or just put a link in that field?
