In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile Menu – Double hamburger icon not clickableHi Tom,
Thank you for your prompt response, i really appreciate it.
I have added css code you’ve shared, however, it removes ALL ICONS not just the duplicate one.
As for the other website, I had applied the same code you’ve provided (except for the additional ccs code). The menu remains on its open state and the close button is nowhere to found.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Mobile Menu – Double hamburger icon not clickableHi Tom,
Thanks for sharing the edited full file. I’ve uploaded it and the mobile menu is working now (on some device only – used iphone 15 pro max but the menu seems like a mess). However, there are two hamburger menu icon now, which the other one is not working. Kindly refer to the link below to view the screenshot.

Is there away I can reduce the height of the menu background to extend only until below of its last menu item? I’ve added screenshot too. Kindly refer to the link above.
I also noticed that after I updated plugin the mobile menu is no longer working. I just updated my salestherapy.com.au website and I encountered the same error. However, on this one, after I applied your recommendation solution, the menu icon hasdoubled and the formatting is not like what I have on pembertontherapy.com website.

Hope you can help me on this.

Hi @vmarko,
Thanks for the thorough instruction. I’m actually using a third party plugin for mobile version called Specific Content for Mobile. What should I input for “Redirect users to”?

Hi Jose,
I had the 500 error after applying the recommended changes to the W3 Total Cache setting.
Okay, I’ll open a thread on the support forum of W3 TC and will update you on their feedback.

Hi Jose,
Thanks for the prompt response. However, the above suggestion doesn’t work and causes 500 internal server error instead, but I was able to fixed it by removing the added cache group for mobile in .htaccess.
I might ask my host provider if they can serve a different cache to mobile devices.
If the above doesn’t work do you have other suggestion to resolve this?
Cheers,
Arceline
