I have inserted the code, and it seems to work fine better, as the scripts are being loaded without a page reload.

We do need to collect some data in Analytics before we can conclude whether this solves the tracking issue. We hope so ??

1) Go to GDPR Cookie Settings
2) Customise buttons
3) Under ‘accept button’ go to action
4) Set that to open URL
5) Leave the open URL field blank
6) Set ‘open in a new tab’ to ‘no’

Done. After users accept the cookie notification, the site will reload without adding ?=cli_action

I am not sure whether posting another plugin in the support section of this plugin is against the guidelines, but since the plugins does not solve the matter, i am going to post it anyway.

I will of course remove the post so forth it is agains the guidelines.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, we are manually installing the Google Analytics script in our Cookie consent plugin. We do therefore not want your plugin to install the Analytics script, however, we would like your plugin to transfer our E-Commerce data.

I have found another plugin that transfers E-Commerce data from my WooCommerce Store without applying the normal Google Analytics script.

Are you looking into an option where you could manually check, via a checkbox, whether you would want the plugin to install the Google Analytics script or not?

I solved this myself.

All i had to do was, that upon acceptance the button should open a URL.

The URL field should then be left empty, where it would reload of the scripts on the page.

This function works on multiple of my sites, however, it does not seem to work on blondehuset.dk

Any suggestions as to why it does not reload the scripts on that page?

(A site where this “hack” works on is nordsko.dk)

I have read in other threads, that you recommend not applying the Google Analytics code manually.

However, having installed the beforementioned solution on other websites, this seems to be the only website, where this problem seems to occur.

On another client (nordsko.dk), your plugin does not automatically insert any Google Analytics scripts.

I seem to have found the error and you are ofcourse 100% correct.

I had mistakenly set the order to ‘cancelled’ hence it was not shown in the preview tool.

I believe that I already have? The picture attached shows, that the preview should include order number 30847 – Andreas Test?

As you can see below ‘ordre oplysninger’ (order details) the preview has included the order, however, the tracking information box does not get included in the preview.

I can’t really seem to see the difference?

(I have set the order statuses to include the tracking info to ‘Completed/Shipped’ and ‘Processing’ and have even tried both seperately, but still nothing shows).

For further clarification: It is not an invoice that i wish to attach, but a custom PDF with e.g. our product catalogue.
