I can give my suggest:

for example:

if added 100 packages in backend , and if use[wpdm-all-packages jstable=1 items_per_page=20], in frontend , it should display 20 packages on first pages, and also should generate page navigation in frontend in order to let users to navigate and see other packages,what is more, in front ,it should display 100 entries, but now you display 20 entries,
I found Sorting Option still exists issues, it should not be affected by shortcode,
and now I found these are some issues, but i can not explan it in word, Please check again,and expect you motify them in next vertion,

I tried it again ,I already added download packages up to 25 plus, but I still did not found it could generate another page, So I thought this function did not work well,

BTW , I think if it can set the packages amounts per page by urer selecting is very good , for example , 5 packages per page, 10 packages per page, 15 packages per page,,,,,, etc.
