I used twentyseventeen theme and customize with my html.

Please resolve it .

I used : Advanced Custom Fields , Contact Form 7,Contact Form 7 Response Colorbox Popup,Custom Post Type Maker,OptionTree,Simple Colorbox,Slider Revolution,WPBakery Visual Composer .This set of plugins. I deactivate all the plugin and change the theme also but issue not going. I am checking in google chrome incognito ,and firefox.

Now the error is changed when i try to submit the feedback gets this error :
jquery-1.12.4.min.js:4 POST https://anthologymdjs.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/162/feedback 409 (Conflict)

please logout from the admin and clear all cache it will appear again.
