There are two ways:
1. Goto bog/wp-admin -> Appearance -> Editor -> Stylesheet (style.css) (screenshot)

add style to the bottom of the file:
(copy paste the following, change the color codes as per your need)

.alcud-widget-header {
         background: rgb(34, 34, 34);
         border-top: 5px solid rgb(0, 0, 0);
    }

Update the file, and refresh the home-page to see changes.

2. I can push the code providing you to update the color codes through widget form. You’ll get that functionality in the next update, will push it soon.

Bdw I went through your website, you can simply change the contact us text here.

Goto WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> widget -> click on the AeroLeads contact us details widgets -> enter the title -> save.
Refresh the page, and you will get the new title.

Download the latest copy of the plugin again, (De-activate and Delete the old one). Activate, and mention your email. Since it’s only 18 characters, it’ll be displayed as it is.

Could you be more specific.
What I got from your question is,
if you want to change Contact Us header text, you can very well mention the text in the widget area.
If you want to change it in the shortcode, I’ll push the code providing you the functionality as you need. You need to let me know is it what you really want.

Email Us, is given as email gets long at times, often affects the design. All I can do it give it a condition, if your email fits 25 characters, it’ll come as it is, else “Email us” text would be shown.
