i found the zip file for 3.9.5 and am going to downgrade. sorry i love the plugin but this incompatibility is too grave an error as it breaks so many posts content.

The plugins folder was not in existence for some reason. Copying plugins.bak to a new folder named plugins, made it work.

I just reactivated the relevant plugins, all is well now.

I would love to do a clean install of my theme as well so that blog posts may show properly with MSIE… hopefully one day I will have the balls to do that.

I just found my wp-content/plugins.bak folder and duplicated the folder and named it “plugins”

Now wordpress can see my tons of plugins in the list, they are all inactive and i can activate them.

I experienced this same issue. It sucks.

any ideas? please?
